Michael was invited to compete at the USAT Nationals! This means he gets to compete against the nation's best triathletes and see how he ranks. It is very exciting. It will be in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. His Ironman training is in full swing, so this race should be easy for him. He will compete in his second Ironman in Florida in November. I love watching him race.
He raced the RiverCities Tri in Benton, LA, near Bossier City this month and placed 3rd overall.
Quite an accomplishment.
